Does it work for my business?
Yes, if you have vehicles: one or a thousand, of any kind and in any business. You record jobs, expenses and payments, and see what each vehicle earns.
Which phones does it work on?
On iPhone with iOS 15 or newer, and on Android 7.0 or newer.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for up to 7 days. Everything is saved on the phone and uploads by itself when the signal is back, photos included.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: the 1-phone package comes with 7 days free. If it's not for you, cancel before and you pay nothing.
How do I pay?
Through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime from your store.
What if a driver stops working with me?
You cut off their access in one tap. What they recorded stays with your company, with their name in the history.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Download it in Excel whenever you want, photos included. Inside your company, each person sees only what their role allows.

We'll write to you the day FlotaKM reaches the stores. Share only what you want: everything is optional, but we need your email or your WhatsApp to be able to tell you.
Notice about your data
Who keeps them: Zuhuan Software S.A.S. (tax ID pending), Camilo Ponce Enríquez, Azuay, Ecuador. Contact: privacidad@flotakm.com.
What we keep: only what you decide to give us (email, WhatsApp, country and number of vehicles), the language of the page and the date. To stop abuse we also keep, for one hour, an encrypted fingerprint of your connection.
What for: to let you know, by email or WhatsApp, when FlotaKM is released in the stores. The country and number of vehicles help us prepare the launch. We don't use them for anything else, we don't sell them and we don't share them.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box, under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where: in a private Cloudflare database, in the United States, which works for us. If we notify you by WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta).
For how long: until we tell you about the launch and, at most, 12 months from when you signed up. After that they are deleted automatically.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacidad@flotakm.com. You can also complain to Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection. More details in the privacy policy.
